I magically squeezed a lemon, and out popped these delicious, dripping, glazed shortbreads.
Just kidding. There was a little flour, sugar, and butter involved too. This is my favorite fast afternoon tea treat for when company comes over. Pretty much just add lemon zest to a simple shortbread recipe, and make a glaze of lemon juice and powdered sugar. Guten appetit.
